Chiefs vs. Broncos: Five Pregame Predictions

We've already talked about a few keys to victory for the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday against the Denver Broncos. Now we're predicting what will actually happen. Click here for Chris' pregame predictions (which are wildly different than mine).

Here are my five pregame predictions. Leave yours in the comments.

Chiefs go over 200 yards rushing. This one is a no-brainer. The Chiefs have the best rushing unit in the league and the Broncos are nearly the worst at stopping the run. The Chiefs pass 200 yards with a heavy dose of Thomas Jones and Jamaal Charles.

Chiefs have a 50-plus yard touchdown. I don't know how it will come but the Chiefs will have a big game. Jamaal Charles TD run? Dwayne Bowe TD catch? It will come along somehow but the Chiefs will score on a 50-plus yard touchdown.

Chiefs win the turnover battle. The Chiefs won't turn the ball over on Sunday against the Broncos while they'll force at least one turnover from the Broncos. The Chiefs this week are going back to what got them here and part of that is protecting the football.

Broncos rush for less than 75 yards. This isn't a huge prediction since the Broncos aren't a big rushing team to begin with but they won't try to run it much against the Chiefs. KC's defense can shut down the run and they should do that with relative ease against the Broncos.

Chiefs win the game. I'm going with a close victory. Chiefs over Broncos, 23-20.
