There's a chance Indianapolis Colts receiver Austin Collie will not be playing on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs.
ESPN's John Clayton reports that Collie is likely to miss the game. Indianapolis beat writers haven't gone so far as to say he's likely to miss the game so we'll hold off on declaring him out but it does appear something's up with him.
No Collie, or even a limited Collie, would be good for the Chiefs.
Collie's numbers -- and he's not even the No. 1 target -- are impressive. In four games, he has 398 yards receiving includes games of 163 and 171 yards.
When he gets hot, he's really hot.
This would be just one more receiver the Chiefs wouldn't have to worry about.
Unfortunately for the Chiefs, it seems that the Colts can place anyone in there and make them a star (Collie himself is a good example of that).
The Colts will issue their final injury report this afternoon.
