Chiefs vs. Colts: Progress For Tyson Jackson

Kansas City Chiefs 2009 first round pick, Tyson Jackson, hasn't played in a game since coming out of a Week 1 victory against the San Diego Chargers with a knee injury. He was expected to miss a couple of weeks and, if that's the case, he could be making a come back against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.

Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star reports Jackson was practicing during defensive line drills on Wednesday.

We're not sure where Jackson stands in his recovery but that has to be considered a good sign.

If and when Jackson comes back, it'll be interesting to see how they use Shaun Smith, who has played well in Jackson's absence.

Various other Twitter reports also say RT Ryan O'Callaghan and S Reshard Langford missed practice on Wednesday. O'Callaghan hasn't played this season because of a groin injury.

The Chiefs first practice report for Colts week will be coming this afternoon.
