Kansas City Chiefs Head Coach Todd Haley Looking To The Indianapolis Colts

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Todd Haley talked with the media on the first day of Indianapolis Colts week.

He didn't get into the Colts much (that will come on Wednesday) but he did talk a little about the bye week, the time off this weekend and moving forward to the Colts.

"I know all our guys had a little time to recharge," Haley says.

It seems that a lot of players went back to their hometown or their alma mater to watch games.

"Even though it's early in the season," Haley continued, "I think it's (the bye week) good timing for us. We had a real good, productive week last week. We were able to get a little rest this weekend and watch football. They were back getting a real good lift this morning. We'll have some meetings later, then we'll be off and we'll be back at it Wednesday, full-go."

Haley says he watched the games this weekend -- "kinda hard to stay focused" on one game with NFL Sunday Ticket, he says.

So the schedule is meetings today, off on Tuesday and then all Colts, all the time on Wednesday.
