Bills vs. Chiefs: Dexter McCluster, Ryan Lilja Are Out

The Kansas City Chiefs announced their inactives for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills at Arrowhead Stadium.

Here's the full list: WR/RB Dexter McCluster, CB Jackie Bates. S Reshard Langford, LB Charlie Anderson, LB Justin Cole, G Ryan Lilja, NT Anthony Toribio and LB Mark Simoneau.

The big ones on that list are obviously McCluster and Lilja. It's been reported that McCluster has a high ankle sprain and could miss multiple weeks. Lilja meanwhile has a broken thumb and the expectation this week was that he would play. It appears rookie guard Jon Asamoah is set to make his first career start.

Other notes on the inactives

- Langford is still out with an ankle injury (though he practiced in full on Friday). He, McCluster and Lilja were the only three players on the injury report this week. They were all listed questionable.

- Simoneau will not be active for his first game as a Chief. He was signed this week.

-Interesting that Toribio is inactive. It's all Ron Edwards today at nose tackle.

-WR Chris Chambers is active for the first time in the last three games.
