Chiefs Coach Todd Haley Uses Casey Wiegmann, 2009 Broncos As Motivation

Todd Haley is channeling Bill Parcells with some good motivational techniques.

ESPN's Ed Werder, who was in Kansas City this week, reports on Sunday NFL Countdown that earlier this week Todd Haley called center Casey Wiegmann up to the center of the room.

Wiegmann, who was part of the 2009 Denver Broncos team that started 6-0 but missed the playoffs, was asked three questions about the 2009 Broncos:

1.) What was your record before the bye?

2.) What happened Week 17?

3.) How were the playoffs?

Of course the answers were 1.) 6-0, 2.) Blown out by the Chiefs and 3.) They missed the playoffs finishing 8-8.

Every Chiefs player now has a picture of Casey Wiegmann at their locker to remind them that 3-0 means squat.

The 3-0 Chiefs got Ed Werder out of Valley Ranch -- now that's impressive.
