Mort Thinks Weis More Likely to go to Chiefs, Not Bears

Last night, Jim Trotter of SI.com reported that the Kansas City Chiefs are likely to land Charlie Weis as their new offensive coordinator.  The Chicago Bears are also in the running but Trotter says the Chiefs are a preferred landing spot for Weis because of the familiarity with the staff and the quarterback.

Jason LaCanfora of NFL Network says the information he's been hearing jives with the Weis to Kansas City reports.

Also last night, Jeff Dickerson of ESPNChicago.com reported that Weis to Kansas City isn't a done deal and he's taking a step back to take a closer look at the Bears.

Today, Chris Mortensen of ESPN appeared on Mike and Mike and said Weis is "more bound for KC than Chicago as OC."

Who to believe?

I'm not exactly sure but I do know that there are quite a few credible names out there saying Charlie Weis ending up in Kansas City is the most likely end result.
