Courtesy of Josh Looney of KCChiefs.com, we've learned that the Kansas City Chiefs will officially introduce Romeo Crennel as the new defensive coordinator.
The announcement is expected sometime this afternoon. As soon as we get a firm time, we'll let you know.
As they did with Matt Cassel and Charlie Weis, the introduction will come via conference call.
I believe Crennel landed in Kansas City yesterday. Still not firm on that, though.
Multiple media outlets have reported Crennel will start with the Chiefs until after the Super Bowl.
