The Chiefs had their second practice of the day this afternoon. Here are some general highlights:
- Larry Johnson didn't participate today
- The two new Chiefs weren't on the field for the afternoon practice
- Ryan Succop went 4/4 on FGs

General stuff
- It was about 80 degrees and 60% humidity (National Weather Service)

- Alleman will wear #60 and Ndukwe will wear #62
Offense
- In 7-on-7, Cassel, Thigpen and Gutierrez hooked up for touchdowns. Cassel hit Bowe (Bob Gretz at CBS Sports)

- Cassel was short on a deep pass to Bowe (BobGretz.com)
- Tyler Thigpen got nearly all the second team reps (BobGretz.com)

Defense
