With the Favre-to-Minnesota news circulating earlier today I said not to expect much (if any) coverage of how the Chiefs fared in Friday night's contest with the Vikings.
Turns out, it looks I'm probably right.
I was about to FanShot a note from Bill Williamson over at ESPN's AFC West blog that he would be attending the Kansas City Chiefs training camp today. It's usually nice when some of the national media outlets attend camp and put Chiefs coverage at the forefront.
Well, we've been Favre'd after all. Here's an update in Williamson's post:
UPDATE (2:08 p.m.): AFC West blogger Bill Williamson is headed to Minneapolis to aid in ESPN.com's coverage of the Brett Favre signing. Expect updates on the Chiefs later in the week.
That sounds about right. So, again, this week the Chiefs are simply present for a game in which Favre is playing.
