After 15 years in the league, Will Shields has retired.
"Today, I am letting everyone know that I am putting away my pads," Shields said on his Web Site. "I am looking forward to a future filled with sports in mind. Whether it is in the stands, on the sideline, in the press box or in a office, football will remain in my blood."
