"Trent would like to be there," agent Jim Steiner said. "He has a relationship with [Dolphins coach] Cam Cameron that goes back 10 years ago when both were with the Washington Redskins together. It's an offense he's familiar with and there would be an excellent working relationship.
Apparently, Trent is just fine with going to Miami at lower pay but the Chiefs are holding up the deal for what I'm guessing is a compromise on trading for draft picks. Thats all I can think of. This is basically the same news we've been getting for the last month or so. Patience Chiefs fans. Trent Green will go to Miami but its going to take some compromising.
