Bishop Ward About to Move into New Stadium

From the Kansas City Kansan:

Using a $50,000 grant from the National Football League's Grassroots program, Bishop Ward is now putting the finishing touches on an upgrade of its football stadium in downtown Kansas City, Kan.

In addition to the grant, Ward raised an extra $50,000 through its Cornerstone Project. The field will be used for community events, football and soccer.

Great.  Now a whole new generation of kids can have their cars broken into while they play.

[editor's note, by Chris] My mother attended Bishop Ward. I apologize to her for the comment.
