The Kansas City Chiefs Top the Raiders

Final score was 17 to 13.  The game was won on an Aaron Brooks interception in the end zone with less than a minute left. Here are the game stats. Trent Green had a very weak game by his standards but we can certainly attribute that to being timid in his first game back since Week 1. Still, I know that Damon Huard would have played a much, much better game. Green was 9 of 16 with only 102 yards passing. He didn't throw a TD or an INT. As usual, our savior was Larry Johnson. He blew up again for 154 yards rushing and two TDs.

The Raiders were, well, the Raiders. They had a very good chance to win the game with less than a minute left but alas Brooks' interception in the end zone sealed their fate. I pity the Raiders. I really do. When your team sucks, it really takes the fun out of football. More to come later. In the meantime, write a diary with your thoughts on the game and I'll more than likely throw it up on the front page.
