I've been a Chiefs fan since 1963, the year they moved to KC. My cub scout den went to the old Municipal Stadium. I watched them win their first Superbowl as a junior in high school, something I knew I would get to see many times again. I am now 55, but I still believe that is true.

I believe Lamar Hunt was one of the greatest sports heroes of our time. Not surprising, many people share that belief.

I am also a fan of Carl Peterson. Why? Because in spite of my efforts to forget, I remember the '80s.
