Not a huge surprise, but interesting none-the-less. Funny how people throw the "ego" label around constantly. Seems like a guy sitting back and dictating which jobs he will/won't take requires a certain level of "ego."
This is from a couple years ago, but nothing has changed. I don't know who the right hire is, but this is something to keep in mind.
