The Lions have one of the best receiving tandems in the league, and a quarterback who's capable of getting the ball to him. After re-signing Tatum Bell to a deal this off-season, they're hoping he'll be able to handle the load at running back. Leaving it up to their offensive line to get the job done, which isn't likely with the state it's in right now. The Lions gave up the most sacks last year, and so the first step to correcting this problem is drafting Otah. After this pick, look for them to start addressing their defensive line, which they would have done if Harvey were still around, but since he's gone, the other guys might be a reach at 15.
