The Chiefs may try to re-sign Mitchell, who has yet to make any free-agent visits. The Chiefs were discussing whether to move Mitchell to outside linebacker even before they signed Harris.
One of the more uninteresting stories of the Chiefs off season I would say. I'm not a huge Kawika Mitchell fan but I'm glad to see competition (if they do indeed have each player compete for the middle LB spot) at any position.

From what I'm seeing
Harris should be a pretty good upgrade over Mitchell. Not spectacular but more athletic for sure.
