Quotable
Priest Holmes, responding to a comment that he will have an advantage over defenses because they don't know what running style he'll come with this year.
Update: After I read the above quote, I actually stopped reading the Q&A with Priest to come right here and do this post. I'm glad I went back and finished it though. He hit us with another gem later in the press conference:
HOLMES: "I’d have to say this and they only way that I can answer this question is this: much like any situation I’ve been in, I make people look good. I really do.

We shall see
However, his quotes = awesomeness.
At least one of our KC RBs will speak with the media. Even better, he doesn't spew the Herm Edwards contradictory, incorrect, dodging, and oblivious-to-reality rants.
Priest speaks as though he wants to attack. Herm never speaks or coaches that way, and our other Chiefs seem to bite their tongues, although it is apparent what the think.
I appreciate the willingness to assert our will, rather than saying, "we'll try to keep it close." Coaches need to inspire confidence, instead of making excuses for it.
Maybe we'll play a full 60 minutes this week because someone other than a stud rookie has the balls to take an aggressive attitude.

Aw Shucks
I do appreciate Huards' even keel about wins & losses, but I am ready for a LEADER on this team to speak up & motivate their peers. It means something. As much as I hate Tom Brady & Peyton Manning - they are leaders!!! We need leaders. Every team, organization needs leaders. And I think Herm is a leader but we need players to STEP UP.
But anyway - Priest has amazing comeback stories. I would love to be part of another.
Cheers!

Time for Some Projections
I think he gets 20 touches tops. Total yards I'll say will be in the 80 yard range or so. Something tells me that Kolby will be what we're talking about next Monday: something like 10-15 touches for 75+ yards.

There will be less than 25 total carries
After this game, people will be saying, "Why haven't we been passing like that all year?"

I think priest
Lets just pray Huard goes to Bowe more than once this game, because he could be the most athletic player on our team. For the record Benny Sapp is a baller, i've known it for years {speed, hands coverage, tackling, footwork}.

Yeah
One things for sure, their gonna run the bootleg all day long. Thats what teams do against a defence that flies to the ball.
Either way if we dont win this game, we might be watching the Playoffs from the sofa!!!
