Bucs QB Griese leaves game against Broncos

Denver, CO (Sports Network) - Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Brian Griese left in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos with an apparent shoulder injury.
Griese, who was drafted by Denver in the third round of the 1998 draft, was driven into the ground by a Broncos defender late in the third quarter. He went to the sidelines to be evaluated while favoring his shoulder. His return is questionable.
The Michigan product had won all three of his starts this season.
Jeff Garcia, who hasn't played since a lackluster Week 1 performance against New Orleans, took over under center for Tampa Bay.
