The Seattle Seahawks? I’d be OK with that as a potential new home for former Kansas City Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Seahawks have interest in Jamaal and a visit could come at some point.
#Seahawks & RB Jamaal Charles have mutual interest, sources say, & a visit is expected when Charles begins taking them. A potential new home

I’m not sure where Jamaal is at in his recovery. The last surgery I know about came in November. The KC Star’s Terez Paylor reported shortly after his release that Jamaal expected to be healthy this offseason. Also, with his injury, he will need team doctors to look at hime so he’ll be taking visits like this rather than signing somewhere out of the blue.
The Seahawks were briefly linked to Adrian Peterson, who apparently had Seattle on the list of teams he preferred. However, it doesn’t appear there’s interest from both sides. I am guessing Jamaal would be cheaper than Peterson.
I would be fine with this signing because a) it’s in the NFC and b) it’s a contender. If the Chiefs aren’t going to win a title, give it to Jamaal. It would be cool - and somewhat weird - if he went out a winner with Seattle.
