UPDATE: The Chiefs are down to 75 players
The Kansas City Chiefs and the rest of the NFL are preparing to make their roster cuts ahead of Tuesday’s deadline. Teams must go from the 90-player roster maximum to 75 players by 3 p.m. (Arrowhead Time) this afternoon. After cuts on Sunday and Monday, the Chiefs are at 80 players, which means they have five more cuts to make.
So far, the Chiefs have cut: DB Bryce Cheek, DL Niko Davis, OL Curtis Feigt, CB Malcolm Jackson, WR Seantavius Jones, LB Jonathan Massaquoi, WR Kashif Moore, C Drew Nowak, G Garrick Mayweather.
We’ll be updating when the Chiefs make the rest of their cuts.
