It's not exactly a training camp practice but Jamaal Charles has been spotted at the Kansas City Chiefs mandatory minicamp.
RB Jamaal Charles will go through individual drills at practice today for the @Chiefs.

Jamaal was spotted at an earlier practice but he was working out on his own then. This time around he's actually participating in some drills. Now, this is non-contact and doesn't include full pads. So don't expect this to be a huge milestone but it's still notable after Jamaal tore his ACL in October.
Training camp doesn't start until the end of July at which point Jamaal is supposed to be full go. If you've watched this guy work before, you know he'll be ready. This is his second ACL recovery so he knows a little bit about what to expect. We shall see it in person at training camp. Even then, I suspect the Chiefs will play it safe with him until the games count.
