Bills Bills Bills: Thank Gonzalez It's Red Friday

16300726-mmmain.0.jpg Can you believe it, after going 1-5 to start the season, we are now 5-5 and hold a playoff spot!

This week we have what is likely the last major obstacle in our path to the playoffs (The Raiders will be tough too though). The Bills are tied with us at 5-5, so a win would give us a 1 game lead and the tiebreaker, which would be a huge lead considering there will only be 5 games left for them to get a game ahead of us. However, the Bills would gain the same huge lead over us if they win, so this is a pretty crucial game for us. If the Bills win, our best hope would be to overtake the Steelers, who we hold the tiebreaker against, but who wants to race against Big Ben?

Here are my top 5 keys to the game:

1. Unleash The Parker.

Last time around, Ron Parker singlehandedly shut down the Bills offense. While this year's Bills will demand a much more balanced defense, due to their large amount of weapons, Parker should still be the focal-point.

2. Contain Tyrod Taylor

and Lesean McCoy.

dt.common.streams.StreamServer.0.clsIf we stop these two from running, and make them one dimensional, we'll have a much easier time stopping the rest of their offense.

3. Keep running the football even if it doesn't work at first.

charcandrick.0.jpgWe've faced some of the best run defenses in the NFL (Steelers and Broncos) during our 4 game winning streak, and our running backs have rewarded us with spectacular production. I can't even remember the last time none of our running backs reached 100 total yards.

4. Keep Alex moving.

Smith has been able to neutralize pass rushes and make crucial plays by getting out of the pocket and making plays with his legs, keep this up and we'll keep winning.

5. Just. Keep. Fighting.

Last year, the Bills shredded our line every single snap, but Charles and Smith kept fighting and eventually broke through and won the game. This year's Bills team is stacked on offense and defense, with a great trio of Tyrod Taylor, Sammy Watkins, and Lesean McCoy, and a championship caliber defense like last year, so it won't be easy, but if we keep fighting, we can win.

Here are my top 3 predictions for the game:

1. The Chiefs score 3 rushing TD's

2. Santos hits 3 field goals.

3. Houston gets 3 sacks.

This is looking like a huge defensive struggle with major playoff implications.

Let's do this Kansas City!
