Recievers or Secondary? Most important to success

Berry-Interception.0.jpg

Ideally our team would come into form in all areas and this wouldn't apply.... but.....

If we had to choose between our secondary coming into form or our receiving core coming into form, Which do you think is most important for the Chiefs success?

Obviously the Chiefs had early success last year with both offense and defense in going undefeated through nine games. Our defense held strong and our offense did well enough to put up decent points. In my opinion, a lot of this was due to the running and screen game for the offense and the pass rush we could provide on defense. Neither the secondary or receivers were consistent throughout the early stages of the season last year. I understand that we had interceptions and Eric Berry was solid all year, but our early turnovers were primarily a result from pass rush. The offense was great with the screen/run game but could never consistently stretch the field.

If we had to pick only one to truly come into form, secondary or recievers, which do you think is most important to the Chiefs success and why?
