Not ready to concede.

Reading another post, I am under the impression that some of the Chiefs fans are ready to concede to the Bronco's. There are still some fans myself included that do not express the same opinion. There are so many varibles that can make or break a teams season. As a Chiefs fan we should all know this. Look at the impact Charles torn ACL had on the Chiefs season a couple years ago.

Aquiring players via free agency is not a sure remedy to a teams flaws. You never know who you are getting. Did the players over achieve with the defensive or offensive schemes they were playing in? Why were the players allowed to leave in the first place? If all the free agents the Bronco's aquired play up to their full potential I may be a little concerned, but that rarely happens.

The big hit to the Chiefs this year in free agency was the O-line. Reid is known for having a good O-line. I think he prides himself on that fact. If he thinks we have replacement players who am I to question him on that. If Reid has concerns there, I would not be opposed to O-line being our first round draft pick.

Although we lost a playoff game that we should have won. The Chiefs end3ed their season on a good note. Look at how much the offense improved from the first 8 games of the season compared to the last 8 games. We are a young and improving team. On the other hansd the Bronco's are going in the oppisite direction.

Only time will tell but for now I am not willing to concede the season to the Bronco.

GO CHIEFS !!!!!!!!
