It's looking like there is a very talent stacked draft class this year. Quite a few players participating in the combine caught my eye. Here's a mock draft of prospects I believe have the potential to make it at the next level.
1st round: Odell Beckham Jr WR LSU 40 yard dash: 4.43 Verticle: 38.50 Cone drills: 6.69
Odell Beckham Jr looks like he could become an instant star at the next level. He has excellent hands, does great at yards after the catch and can return kickoffs. His stats are also impressive, he had 59 catches for 1152 yards. For those of you not good at math, that's 19.5 yards per catch. Lining him up across Bowe would provide our offense with the versatility we desperately need.
3rd round: Jawuan James OT Tennesse 40 yard dash: 5.34 Bench reps: 22 Cone drills: 7.42
Fisher showed that counting on him to play all 16 games is a huge gamble. So I would look for a solid offensive tackle to compete for a starting job or provide solid depth. Jawuan James started all 12 games and is a solid pass blocker and a run blocker. The only negative I've heard about him is how he tends to place him self a little bit too high. But, that can be coached out of him and he can became a solid NFL tackle.
4th round: Josh Mauro DE Stanford 40 yard dash: 5.21 Bench reps: 21 Cone drills: 7.43
Kansas City really needs more pass rush from their 3-4 ends. That's what Josh Mauro can provide for the Chiefs. He played in a 3-4 defense at Stanford where he had 4 sacks last season. I see a lot of upside in Mauro and believe he should compete for the job with Catapano.
5th round: Marqueston Huff FS Wyoming 40 yard dash: 4.49 Verticle: 35.50 Cone drills: 7.62
He's a very speedy free safety with great range. He's also an animal when it comes to tackling. In his last game versus Utah he had 20 tackles. For the season he had 117 total tackles, 2 interceptions, and 6 pass deflections in just 12 games.
6th round: Jeremy Gallon WR Michigan 40 yard dash: 4.49
He's a very quick and sure handed small receiver. Who could develop into a solid slot receiver with practice and good coaching. He fits that quick and shifty style of wide receiver that Andy Reid loves. Jeremy Gallon had 89 catches for 1373 yards. He put up 175 yards against a quality Ohio State secondary.
6th round: Max Bullough MLB Michigan State 40 yard dash: 4.78 Bench reps: 30 Cone drills: 7.22
He's a big physical linebacker at 6'3 245 pounds that could compete with Nico Johnson for that starting spot next to DJ. The only reason hes fallen down boards is because of his questionable off the field issues. He had 72 tackles and 1.5 sacks this season with the Spartans. I see him being this years Vontaze Burfict.
