Chiefs-49ers trade: Jon Baldwin to San Francisco, A.J. Jenkins to Kansas City

It's official: The Chiefs have traded Jon Baldwin to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for A.J. Jenkins. Baldwin was a 2011 first round pick while Jenkins was a 2012 first round pick.
