Do you want to hear another NFL GM say nice things about KC Chiefs GM John Dorsey? You're in luck! John Schneider, the GM of the Seattle Seahawks, recalls John Dorsey as the "ultimate grinder" and someone who "loves, loves, loves college football."

It's the NFL. Everyone should be hard-working and a grinder. But would I rather hear stories about the Chiefs GM being the "ultimate grinder" or not hearing those stories? You see.

The Green Bay Press Gazette has a neat story right here that includes quotes from John Schneider, who was part of the Ted Thompson tree in Green Bay, like Dorsey. Schneider was hired in 2010. Then it was Reggie McKenzie in Oakland. Now Dorsey in Kansas City.

The Press Gazette quotes Schneider describing Dorsey:

"He's the ultimate grinder, like never stops. Loves, loves, loves college football, the tradition of it, the pageantry, he loves going to the games. He can't get enough college football. And he's huge on tradition, so being able to go to Kansas City for him, really hard to leave Green Bay having played there and everything, but if there were a team to go to with that type of tradition, really excited for him."

Dorsey will be grinding his way to the podium in Indianapolis today. He'll speak to reporters at 11:45 a.m. (Arrowhead Time).
