Dear Andy Reid,
I think I speak for most of us when I assumed you were throwing this game by sitting almost all of the starters. I was taken aback when we came out firing offensively. Chase Daniel was slinging it around and Knile Davis had no desire to be tackled. I was impressed, our backups had some fight, and you were calling plays that were aggressive and bold. I wondered why we had scarcely seen play like this all year. In my opinion our team was really clicking when we were on the attack. Out defense too, our starters gave up 41 points against these guys and our backups held them to 27, it should have been 24, but that's not what I'm writing about. My point is our team plays better when you unleash the dogs and tell them to have it. Please stop calling plays that will only work if the defense is slow to react or misses a tackle. It kills our momentum and kills our drive when we lose yards on a screen pass the defense was ready for. Those plays need to be called like what they are, gimmick plays. Chances are if a defense gets beat by it once they are not going to let it happen again. We have the men on our team to lineup and out execute our opponents. Call these next few games like we have nothing to lose. Don't let your foot off the gas until we are up by three touchdowns in the fourth against anyone. If you let the other team gain momentum late in the game, chances are they will find a way to win. You cannot let that happen moving forward, nobody expected us to go 11-5 and have a legitimate shot of winning our first playoff game in 20 years. I feel you owe it to us fans to go out swinging. It is so much harder to take a loss when we were in position to win, but we failed because we were too conservative. I don't think there are many teams that can outplay us at out best, and that's all I'm asking for is that you give it your best and leave everything on the field. I really hope somebody can bring this to your attention. That's all I've got, congrats on a good season so far, now go make it a great one.
PS, Please give someone else a shot at Free Safety. I think Ron Parker would make a fine choice over Kendrick Lewis.
