Kansas City Chiefs worked out 4 free agent wide receivers this week

Charles LeClaire-US PRESSWIRE

Those four receivers are Toney Clemons, Kamar Jorden, Raymond Webber and Fred Williams, who was signed.

It's Week 16 in the NFL and the KC Chiefs are not done working on the roster. The team earlier this week signed WR Fred Williams to the practice squad but today we hear news that they also worked out a number of other receivers.

Williams, the one who was signed by the Chiefs, joined the practice squad earlier this week when the Chiefs made a number of roster moves. As a member of the practice squad, Williams likely won't be playing a big role with the Chiefs this season.

Toney Clemons was a receiver drafted by the Steelers in the 7th round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He spent time with the Jaguars, Panthers and Chargers, too. Clemons played at Michigan and Colorado and because of Colorado's move to the Pac-12, he is the only player to play in the Big 10, Big 12 and Pac-12.

Jorden is a 6'3, 205-pound receiver out of Bowling Green State. It looks like this is his Twitter account where he talks about spending time in the CFL.

Webber went to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He stands 6'3 and weighs 225 pounds. He is from St. Louis, Mo. He has some time in the NFL with the Bucs, Seahawks and Jets. He has also spent time in the UFL, AFL and CFL.
