A win is a win: Chiefs beat Bills, move to 9-0

The Kansas City Chiefs overcame a miserable first half and held on to beat the Buffalo Bills on Sunday at Ralph Wilson Stadium, 23-13. The Chiefs moved to 9-0 on the season, tying the 2003 Chiefs as the best start in franchise history. The game was highlighted by two defensive scores from the Chiefs -- Sean Smith's 100-yard interception return TD and Tamba Hali's fumble return TD (on his birthday). The Chiefs offense struggled but put together their best drive late in the fourth quarter as they've been known to do. Read on for a recap of the Chiefs 23-13 victory.
