The Pawns have fallen

The Kansas City Chiefs are left as the only unbeaten NFL team. I know that the players want to keep on rolling unbeaten through the schedule. One game at a time. What does Andy Reid think on this subject?

"You don't think about that," Reid said. "You're kind of in this dryer going around and around and around. ... The players are thinking about getting their lift in in the next couple days and they're getting their bodies back right ... and then you're on to the next.

"You're not thinking about the record and down the road and all that. You're kind of in the moment. ... I think it's the same way as a coach. I've never been one that can sit there and go, 'We're going to win this game, we're going to lose this game' — you can't do that."

That's part of the message Reid has carried to the locker room since his arrival in January, shortly after the Chiefs fired coach Romeo Crennel on the heels of a 2-14 season.

Will Andy Reid play the Game any different this week than week one or week seven. Nope

Will the Chiefs players play different than they have all season?

Maybe

The King is in play and just maybe the players "think" they need to play even better than before.

Andy would say no to that. Play your position and expect your teammates to play theirs. Just keep on keeping on.

How long can we keep the Players playing contained football?

Tamba said that Coach Sutton allows the Defense the 4th Quarter. Play Sutton ball for 3 Quarters and then if needed he unleashes the Hounds on the opponent.

Reminds me of this

Coach Sutton has the Defense conserving energy for the Whole game. We have Tires to finish the game.

Geaux Chiefs
