I have written a few threads about how I think Alex is a good not great QB who we can win with and I still stand by that. At Alex's best he's a very accurate QB who makes very few mistakes, is very mobile, and has a good enough arm to hit a player 40 yards deep (he's done it a few teams this season). At his worst he's an overly cautious, weak armed, scaredy cat. Either way he's still getting the job done, but is that enough. I think we can all agree he has showed us what it takes to win, few mistakes, an ability to extend drives with your feet, and being able to not lose composure when the S hits the fan and hit avery or whomever deep . Some people on here say we are winning despite him I don't agree with that but I do agree that at times he has not looked so good but those times are usually when he is not able to find an open WR or is running for his life. I think the man is definitely here to stay and will be signed to a longer contract, but depending on how he does in the post season is whether the brass looks to draft/find a protege.
