Evan Habeeb-US PRESSWIRE
The KC Chiefs coaching search is close to officially being over. Andy Reid, the new head coach, will be introduced at a 1 p.m. (Arrowhead Time) press conference at the Chiefs facility.
The Kansas City Chiefs future is here. Or almost here. Andy Reid, the Chiefs new head coach, will be formally introduced at the Chiefs facility today at 1 p.m. (Arrowhead Time).
You can watch the press conference live at KCChiefs.com.
The Chiefs chased Reid in Philadelphia last week, didn't let him leave when the Cardinals came calling, and locked down a five-year deal.
The Chiefs announced the deal via Twitter, confirming that it is in fact real, but we've been waiting on Reid's first words as the Chiefs head coach, which will come at today's press conference.
Other things I hope to learn from the press conference today:
Who will the Chiefs GM be? The latest rumor says John Dorsey out of Green Bay.
Which coaches are coming with Andy Reid? Who will be the OC? The DC? Here are all the rumors of the Chiefs coaching search as we know them now.
Who are you taking with the No. 1 overall pick? I'm guessing he won't tell us this. But this 2013 NFL mock draft can lead you in the right direction.
