Lets not get cuaght up in the moment. Pardon the pun but you must "SHOW ME" Andy Reid having a press conference at One Arrowhead Drive with Clark Hunt. Until that time he is still a FA no matter what ESPN says and he is interviewing with the Cardinals and hated Chargers. We as Chiefs fans should be used to getting our hopes up only to have our knee caps whacked by Scott Pioli, um I mean Tony Soprano. Obviously Clark is after the right GM/Coach combo. While Reid is a name, he is a name with faults (which have been discussed on other threads). If Reid leaves us at the alter lets look at some other "marriages" that may work in KC (feel free to name your own as well). My first would be either former Broncos GM Ted Sundquist or Texans director of college scouting Mike Maccagnan paired with Texans OC Rick Dennison. Dennison has a long history in Denver and would allow us to to not only keep our ZBS, but amplify it with someone that half way has a clue (I am looking at you Brian Daboll) on how to execute in a ZBS offense. You could even add Bears qb coach Jeremy Bates as OC (served in Denver with Dennison as their QB coach 2006-2008). Keep Gary Gibbs for another year (Denison played LB in a 3-4 as well).
