The current list of those reporting Andy Reid and the Chiefs are nearing a deal

USA TODAY Sports

On Wednesday night, the Chiefs interviewed Andy Reid. By Thursday morning, the roller coaster of media reports came flowing in with some saying he was nearing a deal with the Chiefs and others saying it wasn't close. It seems, as of now, we've settled on "close".

Everyone's talking!

As of 1:40 p.m. (Arrowhead Time), I count at least six big media outlets reporting Andy Reid is nearing a deal with the Kansas City Chiefs. So we're back to using the word "close". Sorta like we were earlier this morning.

Who's the talkative source?
