Update: The Bears twitter account says they have signed Quarles: https://twitter.com/ChicagoBears/status/295951097930067968 "Safety Cyhl Quarles is the latest addition to the Chiefs off-season roster, signing as a reserve/future contract. The 6-3, 210-pound Quarles entered the NFL last year as an undrafted rookie free agent from Wake Forest. He was signed by the Baltimore Ravens and played in all four of the team’s 2012 pre-season games, collecting 6 tackles on defense and 2 on special teams. The Ravens released him as part of the final cutdown on August 31st. The Georgia native was signed to the New England practice squad, spending two weeks there before he was released on September 28th. The Patriots added Quarles to the practice squad for the last week of the ’12 regular season. Quarles played 50 games at Wake Forest, collecting 239 total tackles with 2 interceptions."
