The Kansas City Chiefs have the overall #1 pick in the 2013 NFL draft. Our new GM and Head Coach have both said getting the right player, regardless of Position, is the primary goal of their draft strategy. The Chiefs are assembling a Big Board of the top talent regardless of position. I have no Scouting department so I used 4 different Draft sites to gather their thoughts on the top-100 Draft eligible players as of now.
The College Season is done except for a pair of All Star games to be played over the next few weeks.
I took Drafttec, CBS, NEPatriotsdraft, and fftoolboxs' Big Boards and merged them, every player listed is in at least one of the sites top 32 players available as of this moment. The NFL teams will divy them up based on need or Best Player available. I extended past the top-32 because we have pick 34 in the 2nd round.
1st Round (# is the average rank on the 4 combined Boards)

The Chiefs can mark a lot of these players off their Board based on Scheme and Style. We can also mark some off for the reason we have current contracts on players in those positions.
I doubt you want to draft a player this high in the draft to sit behind a long-term starter. Or maybe we do?
Go Chiefs
