- OC/OG - I group the interior Lineman together due to in my opinion the need for your backup interior player to be able to play both OG and OC at a high level....
our players - Asamoah, Allen, Hudson, Hochstein, Patterson, Mattison, Ranglin -
1 - Asamoah - As of now an average starting RG who is improving. Solid Player, Good in the ground game, average in pass protection.
2 - Allen - Above average LG, that is showing steady improvment. Excellent run blocker who is improving his pass blocking.
3 - Hudson - I really liked how Hudson looked at OG, was really playing average at best before getting injured. Not much depth behind Hudson and IDC what rd Hudson was drafted in at this point he needs compitition and we need an interior swing player added to the roster...
4 - Hochstein - Getting older not much of a role here do not see him back for 2013.
5,6,7 - Patterson, Mattison, Ranglin - ? I have no clue what we have in these players...
Looking at this I feel we are in need of a starting caliber Center to compete with Hudson and add a solid swing interior player and someone who could be used in overload packages. As we have a solid core of players with really weak competition accross the board need to add one quality interior lineman.
