The Kansas City Chiefs coaching rumors are coming in fast and furious now. One day after the Chiefs reportedly chose an OC and on the same day they reportedly chose a DC, the Chiefs are interviewing a potential special teams candidate.

The Chiefs haven't made any coaching moves official as of yet but reports have stated that Doug Pederson will be the next offensive coordinator and Bob Sutton will be the next defensive coordinator.

What's next? Special teams!

Per Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune, the Chiefs plan to interview Dave Toub, the Bears special teams coach.

Toub remains under contract to the Bears but the Panthers and Chiefs received permission from the Bears to meet with Toub, one of the original hires on Lovie Smith's staff in 2004. The Bears have placed in the top 10 in special teams in eight of nine seasons under Toub and were eighth this season.

I'm assuming this is for the role of special teams coach.

Reid hired Toub into the NFL in 2001. They were also at Missouri and UTEP together.

He's one of 13 candidates for the Bears head coaching job. He's still under contract there but Chicago gave him permission to interview elsewhere.

Toub has interviewed for head coaching jobs before so he's viewed as a very good special teams coach.

Update: It's happening this morning...
