Just want to gauge what people think about this scenario I've been thinking about. The Chiefs find a way to bring in a QB via trade or FA like Alex Smith or Matt Flynn, then with the #1 overall pick in the draft still take Geno Smith and have him sit for a year as backup? Would it make a lot of people angry if we got a stopgap QB with potential as our starter while still using the #1 overall pick on a QB?
