First off, I'm a long time AP reader and visitor, but I've never posted a new topic so please forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong section. I don't want to get run on my first post ever. I notice one of the big complaints with Chief fans is that we always have so much cap space. My question is, next year, doesn't all that HAVE to change? Doesn't the new CBA require teams to spend the majority of their cap space staring next year? If so, won't that eliminate the "Clark is cheap" argument, even if he is? He would have to spend the money, even if he didn't want to.
