It won't put any wins on the board for the Kansas City Chiefs but I'm glad GM Scott Pioli has come out and talked about the team's disappointing start.
The KC Star's Adam Teicher talked to Pioli today and the Chiefs GM said what was obvious: everyone in the organization is disappointed with the start.
"If any one of us knew what the answer was, we wouldn't be sitting where we're sitting right now," Pioli said, via the Star. "But I also don't think it's the end of the world. We have 14 games left. We're certainly digging a hole but it's not something we can't get out of. Everyone within the organization is disappointed in the results so far."
Read the whole story over at the KC Star with a lot more quotes from Pioli on the direction of the team, his evaluation of Romeo Crennel and whether the Chiefs can fare better than their 0-2 start suggests they will.
