A CJ Spiller touchdown run has given the Buffalo Bills a 7-0 lead as the first quarter comes to a close. The Kansas City Chiefs have been ineffective on offense (aside from some good plays on the first drive) and let the Bills gash them a bit on the defensive side of the ball.
