#Chiefs CB Brandon Flowers says he expects to play "injury is behind" him .. would only describe it as foot injury but couldnt go last wk

Obviously big news for the Chiefs, but also expected. Flowers was limited all last week and did not play in the Chiefs Week 1 game so we figured he'd improve and play this week. Earlier in the day Romeo Crennel said the decision to play or not would come down to Flowers and how he felt because, medically, he was cleared.
Flowers plans on playing. This is another good day.
Exclusive reaction from Romeo Crennel on today's news is after the jump.
