As expected a number of injured KC Chiefs players will not be playing in tonight's preseason game against the Green Bay Packers. The Chiefs are sitting eight players tonight: Brandon Flowers, Kendrick Lewis, Terrance Copper, Jalil Brown, Cyrus Gray, De'Quan Menzie, Allen Bailey and Anthony Toribio.
We know about Flowers and Lewis, who have both been out. Copper and Brown were also hurt in last week's game, same with Bailey and Toribio. Gray has been out for a couple of weeks now. Same with Menzie.
These injuries mean Jacques Reeves will see playing time tonight. For right now, he's your starting cornerback. Get to know him. The Toribio injury means Dontari Poe will see more playing time, perhaps even starting.
Flowers is once again out which means he has officially missed the entire preseason.
