This is the video on NFL.com when you go to the Bucky Brooks story. At 1:00 minute in, Steve Wyche states that if Bowe doesn't sign his tender and report by August 6th he looses a year in free agency. This is news to me, as I though it was like the 10th game of season before he would loose the year. Is this something new in the CBA? Anyone else heard this?
