The KC Chiefs are working on their personnel moves for the first round of NFL roster cuts. The deadline to get down to 75 players is on Monday at 3:00 p.m. (Arrowhead Time). The Chiefs currently stand at 89 players, which means 14 roster moves -- cut, IR, etc -- will be made soon.

Romeo Crennel was asked on Saturday night where they stand with the cuts.
"We are evaluating that and we're trying to get our list together," Crennel said last night. "We have to have it together by Monday anyway because that's when it has to be done, so we're putting the final touches on that and once we get it together then we'll make the cuts."

Fourteen players did not participate in Friday's game; Six of them were injured or unlikely to be cut, including Ricky Stanzi; 8 more of them could be in trouble.
Sometime today or tomorrow morning make the most sense for these cuts; the Chiefs practice tomorrow until 2:00 p.m., about an hour before the roster cut deadline.
