Dwayne Bowe's Goal: 'To Continue From Where I Left Off'

Dwayne Bowe missed the Kansas City Chiefs entire offseason, minicamps and training camp which suggests he's going to be behind. But Bowe says on Friday night against the Seattle Seahawks he's ready to pick up where he left off.

"To continue from where I left off," Bowe said of his goals for Friday, via comments sent out by the Chiefs. "Be dominant catching the ball, finishing, blocking downfield and helping this team win."

There's a little bit of the D-Bowe Show shining through there but it's hard to deny 2,300 yards and 20 touchdowns in the last two seasons.

In reality Bowe shouldn't expect much on Friday night. Romeo Crennel said today that he plans to give Bowe "a couple plays here and there" so he won't be able to do much.

His real goal for Friday night should simply be to get his feet wet again, run a couple routes and catch a ball.

Oh and don't get hurt. Please...do not get hurt. Possibly jinxed myself there. Had to strike that. It never happened!
